Founder
Grew up in Texas. NFL veteran and a graduate of Vanderbilt and the University of Tennessee. Gabe learned the business as a partner at The Stonehouse Company and founded Victory Formation Ventures to bring luxury land, development and representation to Austin. He is with every client from the first call to the closing table.
Ryan Stonehouse
Partner
NFL veteran of the Tennessee Titans and founder of The Stonehouse Company, home of Eden Grove. Ryan built his name in Nashville on one belief: it is all about relationships, and the right people make it happen even when it looks impossible. Elite at every stage of a deal, he brings structure, entitlements and builder relationships to every Austin project.
